Emerson Esports is designed to foster a healthy and inclusive gaming and esports environment at Emerson College. As an organization, we wish to legitimize gaming and esports as one of the fastest-growing media industries in the world at Emerson. Because of this, Emerson Esports is designed to appeal to many different demographics and lifestyles, all pertaining to the love of video games. For those who are highly dedicated to working in the gaming and esports industries, Emerson Esports hopes to provide not only opportunities to work firsthand in a collegiate esports organization through our Executive and General Boards, but also through building a network of industry professionals in the gaming and esports industries, allowing students to learn from the best on whether esports is the right fit for them. For those who are casually interested in video games, we offer numerous opportunities for casual gamers to connect and interact with each other, specifically through social game nights and our Emerson Esports Discord server. Emerson Esports is designed to be an accessible and welcoming community that fosters a healthy gaming and esports player base at Emerson College.
